Great Brownie and good coffee!

Very cute, small-town coffee shop, and I love that they have bubble tea! I also really like browsing the antiques while I drink my beverage. I almost always make a stop here when I'm in Dundee.

Coffee was very good both my husband and I enjoyed our sandwiches as well. He enjoyed looking at the antiques while we waited for our food and drinks.

This place is nice enough, but the coffee quality always strikes me as a little plain. The service is also hit or miss. Sometimes you get really nice people that forget your drink. Other times you have seemingly disinterested employees but you get what you ordered. It's a solid three star, but I bet they could make it better.

Pretty cool. The atmosphere is so cute and nice!! I love their drinks and their chocolate peanut butter bars are the best!! The only reason I give them three stars is because their drinks and food vary. I got an iced coffee one time and if was all weird and syrupy! But then another time i got their Oreo frappe(no coffee) and it was SO good tasted just like oreos!!! So it really depends on what you get and who’s making it! But Other than that great place love it!

Love their sugar cookies as well as the bubble tea. The dark plum is my favorite. I also love the antiques they have. I bought my mother's xmas gift from there. She was amazed with the gift. I enjoy the workers and the awesome vibes of the place.

A lovely coffee shop on the way to Ann Arbor or Toledo. I drive from Monroe to get bubble tea often.

I didn’t realize they opened at nine and strolled up at 8:40. I met the worker outside while she was setting up the tables and signs. She was nice and understanding. Said it was no problem, that she could still help me. She went inside, turned on the lights and asked for my order. Tasty coffee and amazing customer service. Thanks Cool Beanz.

Really great place! I was traveling through and needed a place to work for a few hours and this was a great stop! Antique shop great ambiance and great coffee. A must stop for all.

With Covid among us, Cool Beanz was on top of it with requesting us to wear masks. Gladly did so. Also offering intercom ordering and phone in.Any way to make it convenient.Was happy with my hot tea.

Great coffee shop with good beverage and food options. A nice addition to the area. Comfortable and clean seating area, great to sit down and get some work done or to meet with a group for conversation. Has the added bonus of being attached to the thrift shop so you can browse for a good find at the same time.

This place keeps getting better and better. There is always the main menu but then you also have the monthly and the daily specials. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff is always friendly. For breakfast, lunch, or dinner this is the place to be. They now have Bubble Tea. It's very yummy. They also now sell antiques.

This coffee is not drinkable. McDonald's is wayyyy better. It taste like rubbing alcohol or something?... It's just so gross. I've tried twice with two different ones & both I threw away after like 3 sips of trying to not waste money by drinking it.... Yuck.

Not my "cup of tea". My children loved the bubble tea, but I was disappointed with being offered a tea bag rather than loose leaf tea. On a previous visit I was not impressed with my coffee, but I am pretty picky about origin and roast.

We ordered a latte and a bubble tea and both were undrinkable. After one sip, we threw both full beverages out. The tea was excessively flavored and the latte tasted like stale cheap coffee. Unfortunate because I love the idea of supporting a locally owned coffee house, but no quality here.

My son loves the grasshopper frappe. Their sandwiches are fantastic! The salads are colorful and mouth watering. Great atmosphere with a smile.

My favourite little coffee shop. I've been coming here for quite a while to get frappes.Don't get the paper straws. They make the drinks taste like cardboard. Might be good for the environment, but I don't personally like the taste of cardboard.

The store itself is cozy and interesting. The atmosphere is really cool and easy to relax in and the staff are superb. When I was having trouble getting my Apple pay to work they actually gave me my drink for free! They were so kind, really lovely and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My absolute favorite little shop!! My absolute favorite place to get bubble tea!! The staff are all very friendly and the owners are good people. You can get deli lunch, coffee, tea's, and baked goods all while enjoying the atmosphere!!

Don’t waste your $. When you spend nearly $20 on bubble tea for 3 people you expect to get a great drink, none of our bubble teas were good, waste of money, the lady working seemed to be annoyed that she had customers come in...that should have been my Que to walk out but I love bubble tea an wanted to give this small cute shop a try. Don’t waste your money honestly.

Tried Cool Beanz coffee while in from out of town and was not disappointed! I had a lavender honey latte per recommendation. It was delicious!! Would definitely recommend!
