Is the bubble tea place open tomorrow

Assuming you are taking about Cool Beanz then yes they are open tomorrow at 7:30

Came in at 5:04 pm, open sign on. Hours posted open till 6pm and online. Lady said we are closed as were all the way in the coffee shop. Just wanted to try bubble tea!!
